Cannot fault this salon, all staff are so helpful professional and friendly. I have my hair cut by Emma and I always leave extremely pleased, great haircut and colourist!

I've been going now for five years and I get hair extensions which have transformed my thin, lifeless hair I feel so much more confident after a visit to this salon. Worth every penny ! I had my hair coloured today by Amanda at Byers & Birrell. As usual all the staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The place looks great after a major refurb and there are the usual offers of a selection of coffee, tea and up-to-date magazines. The products they use are all if high quality. I love going.

I had a blow dry to go to my 6th year dance. I have very curly hair and wanted it smooth with a wave. Zoe was so friendly and did a great job doing exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with how it looks.

I was introduced to my lovely stylist, Lisa, and she sat patiently with me while I worked out what I wanted to get done. Both of us liked the changes to the Salon and in particular the comfort of the new chairs. I also felt that the new lower reception desk was more friendly creating less of a barrier.
